Founding Pack Contest

The "Dog Park Now Founding Pack Contest" (the "Contest") is sponsored by Dog Park Now Inc. ("Sponsor"), located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The Contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

The Contest begins on the date the early access signup form is first made available on dogparknow.com ("Start Date") and ends on April 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ADT ("Contest Closing Date"). Entries received after the Contest Closing Date will not be eligible.

All times are Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT), UTC−3.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter the Contest, you must complete BOTH of the following steps during the Contest Period:

Step 1 — Sign up for early access: Visit dogparknow.com and submit your email address through the early access signup form. You will receive one (1) entry for completing this step.

Step 2 — Join the Facebook Group: Join the official Dog Park Now Facebook Group at facebook.com/groups/1417129396795987. You will receive one (1) additional entry for completing this step, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person.

Limit: One (1) entry per person for Step 1, and one (1) additional entry per person for Step 2, regardless of the number of email addresses or Facebook accounts used. Entries generated by automated means, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means are void.

There are twenty-five (25) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) Lifetime Membership to the Dog Park Now app ("Prize").

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Lifetime Membership: The Dog Park Now app is currently in pre-launch. The ARV of a Lifetime Membership is estimated at CAD $149.00 based on planned pricing. The actual value may differ at launch.

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately CAD $3,725.00.

Prize Details:

• One (1) Lifetime Membership to the Dog Park Now mobile application (iOS and Android)

• Access to all current and future premium features of the Dog Park Now app for life

• Founding Pack member status and recognition in the app

• Early access to the app before public launch

The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

The prize is conditional on the Dog Park Now app launching. If the app does not launch by December 31, 2027, the Sponsor will provide winners with a written acknowledgment and a substitute prize of equivalent value.

On April 30, 2026 (the "Draw Date"), twenty-five (25) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or a designated representative.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The random draw will be conducted using a verifiable random selection process. Results are final.

Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date, using the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

To claim a prize, each potential winner must:

• Respond to the notification email within ten (10) business days of receipt

• Confirm their eligibility and provide their full legal name and mailing address

• Complete a skill-testing question (required by Canadian law): A mathematical skill-testing question will be administered by email. The question will consist of a mathematical equation involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and/or division. Correct completion is required to claim the prize.

• Sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release of Liability form within ten (10) business days of receipt

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.

As required by Canadian law, each potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email. The question will be a multi-step arithmetic equation. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest

• Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won

• Grant the Sponsor permission to use their first name and province of residence for publicity purposes without additional compensation, if they are a winner (full name and photo will not be used without separate written consent)

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) printing or typographical errors in Contest materials; or (e) any combination of the above.

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest (name and email address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and notifying winners. Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy (dogparknow.com/privacy) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

The Sponsor will not use entrant information for marketing purposes without separate consent. Entrants may withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing from the early access email list.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contest shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia.

A list of winners will be published on dogparknow.com/contest within thirty (30) days of the Draw Date. To request a winners list by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Dog Park Now Inc., Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the Draw Date.
